Join The Seed's Resident Yoga Instructor for Slow Flow yoga which focuses on poses linked together to form one fluid sequence of movement, and aligning your breath with your intention but at much gentler pace. This class is all about winding down and calming the nervous system and can help relieve stress and anxiety. This slow flow will guide you towards a deeper sense of relaxation and presences ready for your evening ahead.
Open to all levels and please bring your own yoga mat.

With a deep passion for holistic well-being and over 6 years of experience in guiding students on their yoga journey, Rozzy is dedicated to cultivating an environment of tranquillity, self-discovery, and growth.
Her teaching style seamlessly blends the wisdom of traditional yoga practices with a modern approach tailored to meet the needs of each individual practitioner. Through a fusion of mindful movement, breath awareness, and meditation, she strives to create a space where students can explore their bodies, mind, and spirit with curiosity and compassion.
Drawing inspiration from various yoga disciplines including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha, her classes offer a harmonious balance of strength and flexibility, mindfulness and relaxation.
In her classes, Rozzy encourages students to embrace the wisdom of their bodies, fostering a supportive environment where self-discovery and self-care intertwine. Her guiding mantra reminds practitioners to listen to their inner voice and honour the unique rhythms of their being.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or seeking to deepen your practice, her aim is to empower you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, find stillness amidst the chaos, and cultivate a sense of peace both on and off the mat.
She has completed training in Yoga for children, Ashtanga and Vinyasa, Hot yoga (Tapasya) and Pregnancy yoga (Empowered Pregnancy, Birth and Postnatal Recovery).
