Boxercise is a fitness program inspired by training techniques used by professional boxers. It usually mixes high intensity boxing, cardio, & circuit training methods. Boxercise sessions include hitting focus pads not each other! A blend of fun & challenging drills within a safe environment.
A whole body workout which can be modified to suit individual needs.
All equipment provided however for hygiene & safety purposes inner gloves are required to wear under the gloves.
Katy, The SEED’s fabulous trainer asks you to bring your own gloves if possible as she only has a few spare.
